ps - there are also dogs in the NL, but they are mostly small and their owners don't take them to the beach... I can understand why! =P

Acho muito bem que defendas o Portugal em detrimento da Holanda, mas olha que no Guincho há dias tão bons como esse aí na Holanda...
Eu cá não percebo porque é que não levam os cães à praia. Eles não são mariquinhas como as pessoas...

Too much easy compare your beaches with beaches from the netherland..why don't you compare with Italians, or maybe you fear!!!
Yep, beaches from the southern countries have no match with the northern ones. You were lucky for not getting a rainny day on the Dutch beach... however, beaches in Portugal in winter time are also not perfect, but ok.
Keep remembering the good stuff of Portugal and the "beauties" of it :P
